Finger Stretching Sokoban

Maybe you've pushed boxes around in a sokoban clone before, but have you done it with the tips of your infinitely-extending fingers? Yes, it's just as weird to play as it is for me to describe. Twenty-six levels of getting in your own way. Enjoy.

This game is designed with QWERTY layouts in mind. Others should work fine, but perhaps be more awkward to play. With the addition of the web version, it should be noted that it will likely not be playable on mobile devices due to the requirement of an attached keyboard.

Please enjoy the game for free, I promise that donations will not be used in a responsible manner - except perhaps to help fund itch.io and convince my wife that this wasn't a waste of time.

Controls

• Mouse on the menu.
• Press and hold any combination of ASDF, and then press an arrow key. The selected fingers will attempt to move in that direction. Not all moves will be valid or possible.
• R will reset the current level.
• Z will undo a move. You may press it repeatedly to undo further.
• ESC will quit the current level, and back out of most menu screens. Note that for the web export this also backs out of full-screen.

\ will mark the level as complete even if you have not finished it.

Level Editor

Once you've beaten at least one level, the level editor will unlock. I recommend that you try at least a few of the later levels to see how the puzzle elements can interact.

There is a collection of very simple levels in the "example.fss" file to show some of the editor usage. Note that these FSS files are just plaintext level details and can be easily shared, even on places like pastebin. Let me know if you make a level so I can play it!

Note that the web version has the level editor and custom levels disabled. The "file system" of the browser does not play well with how I set it up, and I'm not inclined to update that part right now.
